Plenty of property operators need invoicing without full bookkeeping — the accountant handles the ledger, and the business needs to bill owners each month and know who has paid.

The slow part of that is assembly. Working out what to bill means going back through the month for the fee, the costs advanced and the extras, which is why owner invoices go out late and why recharged costs sometimes never get billed at all.

Connecting Zoho Invoice removes the assembly. The invoice is built from what was recorded as it happened, and the question of who is overdue becomes something you ask rather than a report you run. Zoho Invoice connects through Zoho OAuth. Sign in with the account on the correct regional data centre.
