Trello suits property teams because a board looks like an operation: columns for to do, in progress and done, a card per job, everyone can see it. Adoption is easy and the visual model is honest.

What decays is accuracy. Cards get created when someone remembers and moved when someone remembers, so by the end of a busy week the board describes intentions rather than reality — and a board nobody trusts stops being consulted.

Connecting Trello lets the board be updated by the events themselves. A guest reporting a broken appliance becomes a card without anyone transcribing it, and completed work moves column without a separate act of admin. The board stays exactly as your team designed it, which matters because the columns encode how your operation actually works and nobody wants that rebuilt to suit a tool.

Trello connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Trello and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Trello and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what is open on one of your boards to confirm it works.

• Access follows the connected account — boards that account cannot see remain invisible.
• Clear list names help: "In progress" and "Waiting on parts" are easier to act on than "Doing" and "Later".
• Trello stays the system of record for the board; ProhostAI updates it rather than duplicating it.
• Revoking ProhostAI in Trello’s account settings ends access immediately.
