Without measurement that stays anecdotal. You know which property is difficult, but not by how much, which makes it impossible to argue for a different fee or to decide the relationship is not worth keeping.

Connecting Harvest makes it measurable. Time can be logged against the property or owner it was spent on as work happens, and the resulting picture answers a question most operators can only guess at — which of these is actually profitable. Over a season that turns a suspicion into a negotiating position, whether the conversation is about raising a fee or ending an arrangement.

Harvest connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Harvest and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Harvest and approve the permissions.
4. Ask where time went last month to confirm the connection works.

• Set projects up to mirror properties or owners; that mapping is what makes the numbers meaningful.
• Harvest stays the system of record for time and its own invoicing.
• Logging as work happens is the whole point — time reconstructed at month end tells you very little.
• Revoking ProhostAI in Harvest’s settings ends access immediately.
