Gong records and analyses sales conversations, which for a property management company means the calls where owners decide whether to hand over their property.

Those calls contain the most useful information in the business — the objections that recur, the fee questions, the reason someone chose a competitor — and almost none of it survives the call in any usable form.

Connecting Gong makes it retrievable. What an owner said about fees, whether a concern came up before, how a particular objection has been handled successfully — answerable from the record instead of from whoever happened to be on the call.

The pattern-level view is where the value concentrates. Any single call is an anecdote; the same fee objection appearing in nine conversations is a pricing problem, and that only becomes visible when the calls are searchable together.
