Design work in a property company is real but intermittent: the booking site gets redesigned, the guest app gets a new flow, the brand gets refreshed every few years.

Because it is intermittent, the files become a specialist archive. What the current check-in flow is supposed to look like, whether feedback was ever addressed, which component is the approved one — all questions that get answered by asking a designer.

Connecting Figma lets those be answered directly. It is read-oriented by nature — you would not expect an assistant to do design work — but retrieval is most of what non-designers need from a design tool.

The honest limit is that this retrieves rather than creates. Design work still needs a designer; what changes is that everybody else can find out what was decided without interrupting one.

Once Figma is connected, ProhostAI can read your files, comments and components.

Figma connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Figma and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Figma and approve the permissions.
4. Ask which design files exist for a project to confirm it works.
