Connecting Fathom makes those notes reachable. When a question arises about what was agreed six weeks ago, the answer comes from the record of the meeting rather than from two people disagreeing about it — which is worth most in exactly the conversations that later become disputes.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Fathom and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Fathom and approve the permissions.
4. Ask about a recent meeting to confirm it works.
