Dynamics 365 connects through Microsoft OAuth against your tenant, and usually needs administrator consent.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and select Connect.
3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the permissions, including admin consent if prompted.
4. Ask about one of your accounts to confirm the connection works.
