Contentful sits behind the websites property companies build for themselves — the direct booking site, the destination pages, the landing pages built for a campaign.

Content changes on those sites are usually small and usually blocked: a price that needs updating, a description that is now wrong, a seasonal note that should have come down in October. Each is trivial and each waits for whoever knows the CMS.

Connecting Contentful removes the queue for the simple half. Entries can be updated and created from a request, so the copy on your own site stops being the slowest thing to change about your business.

This is one of the few connections in this category with a direct revenue link. Your booking site is a sales channel, and copy that stays wrong for three weeks because nobody had CMS access is a small ongoing cost nobody measures.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Contentful and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Contentful and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what entries exist for a content type to confirm it works.
