Capsule connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Capsule CRM and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Capsule and approve the permissions.
4. Ask about one of your contacts to confirm the connection works.

• Capsule stays the system of record. ProhostAI reads and updates it rather than holding a second copy.
• Your existing pipelines and custom fields are used as they are.
• The AI works within the connected user’s access.
• Revoking ProhostAI in Capsule’s settings ends access immediately.
