Canva is how most property companies make things look decent without employing a designer: welcome sheets, house rule cards, social posts, the template for an owner report.

What accumulates is an archive nobody curates. The good welcome sheet exists somewhere in a folder from two summers ago, so when a new property needs one somebody makes a fourth version from scratch.

Connecting Canva makes that archive searchable. Finding the design that already exists, and keeping folders in a state where finding is possible, is most of the value — the making was never the slow part.

The thing that actually determines whether this helps is naming discipline. No search — human or otherwise — recovers a design called “Untitled design 47”, and most Canva accounts are largely composed of them.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Canva and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Canva and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what designs exist in a folder to confirm it works.

• Access follows the connected account’s team and folder permissions.
• Naming matters more than anything else — "Welcome sheet — coastal cottages" is findable in a way "Untitled design 47" is not.
• The value is in reuse: most property design work is remaking something that already existed.
